About Dave Weinthal
I’m Dave Weinthal, a full-time REALTOR® with RE/MAX Properties in Jupiter, helping buyers and sellers in Northern Palm Beach County since 2001. A South Florida native and local resident for more than 25 years, my connection to this area is both personal and professional. Buying my first home at 19 taught me how much goes into a move—financially and personally.
Before joining RE/MAX, my career included nine years as a bank loan officer and licensed mortgage broker. That experience helps me look beyond an offer’s price to evaluate financing, terms, and potential challenges. Buyers benefit from guidance on putting together a strong offer, while sellers get help identifying the offer that best supports their goals and a successful closing.
My professional credentials include the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation, RE/MAX 100% Club recognition every year since 2017, and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2023.
Serving on RWorld’s Palm Beach County Government Affairs Committee and the Florida Realtors Board of Directors keeps me engaged in property issues affecting our community. In 2027, my involvement will expand to the Palm Beach County Board of Governors for Miami REALTORS®–RWorld®. These roles bring valuable perspective to conversations with clients, helping them understand how changes may affect their purchase, sale, or ownership.
Jupiter is where my wife and I raised our three sons, and giving back has long been part of our connection to the community. Since 2014, that has included coaching TOPSoccer, a program serving children with special needs. After mentoring a local high school robotics team, my involvement continues as a board member. Through the Realtors Community Outreach Committee, my volunteer work also includes local cleanups, veterans’ initiatives, homeownership assistance fundraising, and Paint Your Heart Out.
